Evidence-Backed Supplements for Immune Support
Immune health is shaped mostly by sleep, nutrition, and correcting deficiencies, but a handful of supplements have real trial data and many popular immune boosters do not. Here we grade what the evidence shows for each, from vitamin D and zinc to echinacea and medicinal mushrooms. Nothing here treats, prevents, or cures infection.
