Evidence-Backed Supplements for Gut Health and Digestion
Gut symptoms are common, but most supplements marketed for digestion and detox are far better at making claims than backing them up. Here we grade the real evidence, separating fiber and a few targeted options with genuine trial support from popular but unproven cleanses and bloating cures. Nothing here treats a medical condition; persistent or alarming GI symptoms warrant a clinician.
