Chaga

Chaga with aspirin or clopidogrel may increase bleeding tendency.

Feverfew

Feverfew with aspirin or clopidogrel may add to bleeding tendency.

Garlic

Concentrated garlic supplements may increase bleeding risk with blood thinners.

Ginkgo Biloba

Ginkgo may increase bleeding risk, with case reports of serious bleeding alongside blood thinners.

Horse Chestnut

Horse chestnut with aspirin or clopidogrel may add to bleeding tendency.

Nattokinase

Nattokinase plus aspirin or clopidogrel may significantly increase bleeding; a hemorrhage case is reported.

Policosanol

Policosanol inhibits platelet aggregation and may add to aspirin or clopidogrel, raising bleeding risk.

Quercetin

High-dose quercetin can inhibit platelets and enhance aspirin's antiplatelet effect, raising bleeding risk.

Serrapeptase

Serrapeptase with aspirin or clopidogrel may increase bleeding tendency.

Algae oil with aspirin or clopidogrel may modestly increase bleeding tendency at high doses.

Cod Liver Oil

Cod liver oil with aspirin or clopidogrel may modestly increase bleeding tendency at high doses.

Curcumin (Turmeric)

High-dose curcumin/turmeric may increase bleeding risk with blood thinners.

Flaxseed (ALA)

Flaxseed with aspirin or clopidogrel may modestly increase bleeding tendency at high doses.

Ginger

High-dose ginger may modestly add to bleeding risk with anticoagulants or antiplatelets.

Krill Oil

Krill oil with aspirin or clopidogrel may modestly increase bleeding tendency at high doses.
